How to make it working?
You need to download it, install, and run. Nextly, find this folder:
on Android: /storage/emulated/0/Android/data/com.vladceresna.virtel/files/.virtel/0/sys/apps/vladceresna.virtel.launcher/
on Linux: /home/(username)/.virtel/0/sys/apps/vladceresna.virtel.launcher/
on Windows: C:\Users/(username)/.virtel/0/sys/apps/vladceresna.virtel.launcher/
Nextly, add file "config.json", downloaded from this site in this folder
And it will work as there and there
